Question about XP path

In previous years I would reach the end of the diamond tier of my XP path and it was end of the road. I just finished getting to the end of the diamond tier this time and it says prestige. What is the prestige tier and what do I get out of it? Is this something new that they plan on expanding on?

It's the secret path. The original 5 players found in the XP path are now prestige for it, there is a high 90's overall live player pack which was better early in the season when you had a chance at Trout/Verlander/Cole for lots of stubs now chances are you will probably get someone like Freddie Freeman. There are stubs and other packs as well. Thames is nice out of the Thames/Springer/Ramirez choice pack.
