...from which created venues could be uploaded to The Show, would you buy it?

I would almost definitely do so, given the right conditions of the software.
To name a few:

1. Some sort of system for validating the new venue, particularly the areas in-play, to ensure that everything works and won't break a game.
2. Customization galore, from the size of the field to the colors of the walls, seats, the design of the scoreboard, etc. NHL 21 does this very, very well... and it works.
3. Ability to download - but not edit - a stadium created by another player.

There are other points to mention and/or discuss, but long posts tend to repel far too many people in the Twitterverse of 2020.

When I was into franchise, this was number 1 on my wish list. I would still like it, but I'm not sure if it could be implemented in H2H play
