Or you could simply impose that limitation on yourself and not ask them to impose it for everyone.

As I haven’t played it yet, I’m curious - can you just put your highest rated pitcher in the #5 spot in the rotation?

Fun fact: If you start a reliever the CPU uses roulette again to choose their starter!

Well i guess im alone then, but it has made Conquest a good bit less interesting. They should have at least put the same energy mechanic into every mode except exhibition friend vs friend.
How many starters do you need in Ranked Seasons before your first pitcher has his energy back to full? That will be how many guys get used.
Wont you get sick of facing the same 2 or 3 guys? -

ThanksNo. it ranks according to overall not slot in rotation.

ThanksYeah, I tested that. On the pitcher select screen it orders your pitchers by their overall rating and not the spot yo have them slotted in. So your highest rated pitcher will always be listed first. Maybe it takes slot into account when you have 2 pitchers with the same rating.

It actually makes it easier to platoon players. If I know the team I'm playing has a 5th starter who is left handed, I can set a line up to all players who crush LHP. It really makes conquest a lot easier than it already was.

I noticed the lack of the random pitcher graphic, but didn't realize they had actually changed it to being able to pick your guy. I was getting tired of Maddux vs Scherzer lol
