In 1997...The Yankees were losing 12-4 against the Angels when Joe Torre put in Wade Boggs at pitcher for the bottom of the 8th inning...He threw nothing but knuckleballs & retired the side. SDS...Give this man a RP card so I can kick back and watch the crying & groaning on this forum while I laugh hysterically at their sorrows

Given that they released a patch that made knuckleballs totally useless earlier in the year, Iād expect Niekro to be batting practice if ever released.

Last year, they had a Topps Now moment where you had to pitch an inning w/ Russell Martin.
Was hoping they would release an actual TN card this year when Todd Frazier pitched a scoreless inning using the old knuckler but they never did.
