help me out with pitcher budget!

I got 1M in the bank (First time ever in a DD game since 16 so kinda pumped) But I want the best pitching I can snag. I sold off lots of assets right before TA4 to avoid the market tank, so Im looking to buy back whatever I need to since Ive completed the TA4s I care about and get back into RS to try for Mays

Here is what I have:
Kluber
Blood Pax
TA DeGrom
Liter
Scherz

Crochett, Collection Wagner, Dibble, Williams, Miller, Kenley, Hendricks.

I think the Pen looks good. Might switch like Mo for Wagner?

Starters I'll take any and all suggestions!

Vida Blue is a great budget option. So is Forrest Whitley

Sale has done well for me. I got him back when he was in the 200k range. Not sure how much he is now. Maddux has done well for me. I prestiged him recently and he had under a 2 ERA, all in RS. Never used him in events. Reliever wise, Finest Nick Anderson, Brad Hand, Devin Williams, have done well for me so far. I also like 95 Jake McGee. 25 innings and a 1.20 ERA.

Sale is over 780k (i got him when he was 650k) he's worth it though in my opinion and my go to pitcher now for conquest.

I love Vida Blue. His fastballs are nasty for some reasons. Especially his 2 steam fastball.
