Why? Just because Realmuto is a catcher? He had a higher sprint speed in 2018 and 2019 then Mookie Betts. In 2020 they're about even. You dont have to believe it, but stats dont lie.

According to Statcast Mookie's sprint speed is 28.3 ft/s, Realmuto is 28.2 ft/s. In 2019 Realmuto was faster.
