I havenโ€™t played in months. I really enjoyed MTO at the beginning of this year. I did 7 or 8 rounds. But, thereโ€™s just so much content, and the exchanges in TA are so cheap, that I havenโ€™t played in a while.

I haven't played it in forever. SDS released so much different content that trying to keep up with that put this mode on the back burner. Like stated above, the exchanges being so cheap really took away from this mode. That and losing the double points really pulled everyone away. I really enjoy the idea and concept of this mode.

To be honest, I with we could see this mode meshed with our diamond dynasty squads. Say have it be an alternate mode where every team you beat the regular MTO with you can add to your "all-star squad". Have like a 20 game mini season using your all star squad, games and innings all count towards TA for each player. You could even have a tier system like there is now, chose at the beginning what your difficulty is. Every win gets you X amount of TA points for the 20 game season. Rookie .5 points per win, veteran 1 point etc. You can allocate the points at the end to whichever team you want.
So, you can do a full squad of your favorite team, or mix and match. Either way your getting innings and stats without having to grind vs cpu or try your luck online.

This way SDS doesn't lose the incentive of people playing regular MTO and it gives an alternate vs cpu mode that actually has a purpose.

Just something I thought of over my morning coffee lol.

    Good idea! What about:
A 162 game season with your DD team. You take over for a certain team (Not sure how the choosing would work) and get to use your DD team for a full season. No trading, but you would get to use a LOADED team against the MLB teams. Maybe??? ๐Ÿ™‚

I like this idea a lot. I wouldn't mind seeing a draft like BR or even one like Showdown where they fill the team in with scubs that you work towards replacing.

    Great idea!

I still have two teams I havenโ€™t beaten it with. Iโ€™m waiting until TA4 drops to do those.

@soucy81 and @jz2016cubs great ideas - we need more people behind the idea of full season modes and using DD squads is an excellent way to tempt DD players. Provided the gameplay doesnโ€™t get tampered with the way Moments, Showdown and Conquest (and MTO) are.

In other words, donโ€™t make the reward the reason to play.

A good reason to rebuild The Franchise, RTTS, MTO and Season mode backend.
