Well, who ya got as the boss? Who do you think could be the lower tier players?
I would say Jose Ramirez, but he already has a 99. -
Lower tier i would love to see either Conforto or Dom Smith. Edwin Diaz deserves one even. As much as I hate it Freeman probably deserves one.

Pollock had like 10 homers in September so maybe he gets one of the lower ones.

Very good point, with that in mind i could be way off for the Monthly Award Lightning player.
