I know there have been many discussions about online hitting.
Lots of topics have covered lag, hitting view, PCI, practice this, practice that, watch this, watch that, monitors, etc. I could go on and on.
Here is what I don't get. No matter what I do, no matter what view I use, I have a monitor, tried many of the above mentioned topics above, NOTHING WORKS.
What really frustrates me is my average is a very paltry. 176, down two points from last night, is a lack of contact and good balls in play.
I've tried the work the count strategy, tried the real baseball approach, but there has to be something I, not everyone, am missing.
It's becoming very frustrating to even enjoy this game.
Watching YouTube players is pointless because they are good players, so it is easy for them. I would love to see a crappy player who ended up being good post a video and how they did it.
    Anyway, that's all I have.

All I can say is, practice against real people really does help. There usually isn't much rhyme or reason to practicing against the cpu, because who knows what determines when/where the cpu throws certain pitches.

You should join our discord server. We have a good group of people in there and we all play friendly games against each other to try and work on stuff.

TL;DR - practicing against real people is the biggest help

Late in the year as well so everyone left is probably ok at the game at worst. I am up and down and rught when I feel like ive got things sort of figured out I get cold as ice and srart doubting if I can even get another hit. I use zone hitting in RS my record is 109-99 I try to play ranked when Im feeling good hitting and pitching and use the events to figure that out whenever I slump its due to being early on everything and that includes fastballs so what I do is switch to analog hitting flick and I will use it to get my timing back once my timing is good again I go back to zone because I find it more fun especially when you are running hot. Use the same view you would normally I go back and forth between sz1 sz2 it really will help and unlike directional you can put good swings on the ball on any pitches that would be considered good to swing at as long as your not chasing bad ones and doing your part on plate discipline. I switch back to zone as soon as I start really feeling confident and picking up pitches.
