That's a nice feature, although I gotta be the negative Nancy to point out that these cards aren't all that intriguing and because everything is replayable, they'll be dirt cheap. Still hoping for a connection reward of some sorts.

You don't think the Prime cards will hold value?

I don't care either way. This helps me get close to 99 Trout

I honestly have no idea. They will make good TA exchanges though like others have pointed out.

True. And depending on how many you can get per run, at 5K QS value, it could add up.

If they will be sellable that is. I would not be surprised one bit if they'd make all of these non-sellable just for them to rot in your inventory.

Non-sellable is fine as exchanging is more important at this point IMO.

I haven’t followed the releases closely but I hope they release cards that represent 2 teams per division. That way, every team can have exchanges done just with the run it back packs.

(Not sure is I’m explaining it clearly, but if, just as an example, Goldy is the only card from the NL West, then we wouldn’t have a card to use on exchanges for the D-backs... unless they also have a card from whoever their AL West counterpart is ... Rangers I think).

I’m looking forward to selling everything just before they announce there will be no exchange component to TA stage 4.

Exchanges sells stubs. I’d be shocked if they eliminated a way to make money from TA4.

I would never use those cards for exchanges when you can do an exchange for 3k with minimal effort.

That’s throwing stubs down the drain, and that’s what packs are for.

But wouldn't a non-sellable reward from a mode like Conquest also make that card not able to be exchanged?

I'm referring back to when they had to 'replenish' cards that people QS or exchanged and were needed for mission later in the year.

I think you can exchange them but not quick sell them.

True, It was a joke, however - I think you may need the stage 3 FOTF card to progress stage 4, either by way of the “hit x home runs with FOTF whoever” for 5 points, or maybe even a collect the stage 3 card to gain 10 points type deal.

But you could still do showdowns exclusively to gain points also I think like it has been up until this point.

Or you can do what looks like a very short conquest map 5 times, grab andrus 5 times, and get the mariners TA 4 done in 12 seconds of exchanges for free. No one needs stubs that badly at this point

I’m gonna do the map plenty more than 5 times, excited for it. Lol. I’m just saying that’s not the efficient way for exchanges. 2k or more per team, per 50 pts adds up. Sorry if it came off as putting anyone down or complaining about the conquest. Not my intention

Playing conquest is alot more enjoyable than putting buy orders in for silvers IMO, so whats more efficient isn’t always the better option. Its all good man

Oh, I 10000% recommend playing this conquest.

But for anybody trying to save a few stubs, do the conquest, sell the card, take 2 min to put in the buy orders. By the time you finish the next conquest your orders should be done and it’s some good profit. Just a heads up for those that may need stubs.

Glad to hear you’re flush on stubs too though 👍

Run it back HAS to be a similar USA conquest map with every teams best player legends/flashbacks.

Nope. It's an arrow emoji. They showed it on the twitter machine.

    https://twitter.com/MLBTheShow/status/1309115373158047745

Crazy that it's only 6 strongholds (makes me happy though).

This will be a quicker grind than last year's infinity map! I'm excited!

If that’s really the map and only have to play 6 games outright, you should be able to go through map in 2 hours max. May just grind through that for cards + stubs and get TAs moved along.

Definitely expected something larger than the arrow they showed but less than USA.
