So does Ruth Move to the outfield for most people now with Lou Gehrig coming?
-
Nope. Cobb Mantle Trout stay put.
-
There is zero reason for me to get Gehrig, even as a Yankees fan. Ruth is staying put at first
-
Lou gonna be a bench bat

There is literally no reason for anyone to do this extreme program. None of them crack a lineup of anyone who's been playing since day 1. And the grind is laughable. I started taking over the conquest map and thought "why bother" and powered it down.
This last little while has been a swing and a miss from SDS as far as I'm concerned.

You “this card won’t crack my lineup” crowd always give me a chuckle. If you are happy with your team then why even waste your breath complaining about content? Just play the game then. Not every card is going to make your God Squad lineup that you have had since may. These cards are good enough to be useful but not so good that you absolutely need to get them on your team. Perfect balance. You don’t have to do extreme.

I mean, correct me if I'm wrong
But shouldn't the hardest, most challenging cards to aquire in the entire game at LEAST be competitive for the people who've been grinding since day 1?These cards aren't for everybody, I get that. But what a novel idea that those who can attain them might actually want to use them....

Ramone isn't holding a gun to your head forcing you to play your God squad bro...you can still use these cards.

He's also not holding a gun to my head making me play this extreme program. And thank christ for that.

If they put Griffey or Mays in there there would be a lot more outrage than just the few of you that don’t think the cards are good enough. And realistically what did you expect out of this? There are no more cards that are going to blow someone away and instantly make lineups apart from Foxx with a C secondary. Mays, Griffey, Trout, Mantle, Walker, and Cobb come down to personal preference. All the top middle infielders have already been released besides a Flashback lindor and 99 Ripken. Pujols will be personal preference with Gehrig, Babe, and Musial. All the top SP are released. Kenley Jansen and Kimbrel are the only relievers left that were 99s last year. Chipper Jones might be the only player anyone has an argument for that is head and shoulders above everything else at his position

Andrew Miller wasn’t even that good last year. Also they wouldn’t put him as an extreme reward 2 years in a row. That is just silly thinking if you expected that

Yes, it is silly to think they would release cards for positions people might need. If they didn't want Miller 2 years in a row, then they should have released more LH relievers earlier this year, that's on them.

They will release Miller eventually. They just don’t release a card the same way twice in a row. If you want to blame the lack of LH relievers on anything blame it on LH relievers not being as dominant and more rare than a RH reliever. Theres not many in this game to begin with

All the more reason for them to release them.
Example 1: They release Dibble, but where is Myers?
There is no shortage of quality LH relievers (not just closers) in MLB history.
The shortage of usable top LH relievers in this game is a problem they created. Meanwhile we have 4 Smoltz cards.
