Error Message CE-34190-7

Try to screen share my box score and when I choose messages the next screen gives an option of all or favorites. It doesn't matter which I choose it won't move forward so I hit circle to go back and get the subject error message. This happened to me before and went away on its own but now it's back. Did a Google search and can't find a solution. It is annoying because we post box scores in Custom Leagues discord group and the best way is to screen share it to the league psn message and then download the picture on cell and then upload to our league discord. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and be safe!
