Literally unplayable in RS. Played a guy who hit three homers on pitches next to the hip basically while I’m here getting my PCI on balls and hitting lazy flies with Prestige Mantle. Doesn’t matter what pitcher you throw out there he will get hammered regardless. Really hate when I have to go back to All Star after getting used to HOF. All Star is literally the definition of luck and complete random outcomes. Rant over

All star is worse than the fiery dags that hang from Satan's anu$, let's be honest here.

For average players like me, it's always one step forward, two steps back.

I might be in the minority here but whatever SDS did in the update improved things on my end. I have a very fast connection wired in and have had issues with lag and seemingly unhittable and unreadable pitches... that seems to have been fixed, or at least improved.. I'm able to hit and score runs now and I don't have to rely on throwing 1 and 2 hitters to have a shot at winning.

I have played some enjoyable games both win and lose since. I read on here someone say that the game essentially takes you on a pre-determined ride sometimes, but I honestly can't say that I have really seen that, until tonight. I had one that when it was over I felt like it was setup from the start.

I'll save the long story but for the entirety of the game I had the guy off balance, Kerry Wood had 16k's when I pulled him. Opponent scored 2 off of a lucky bloop single and then an oppo field dinger with his pitcher off of a low and away sinker on the corner... He get's one more off of an easy double play that would have ended the inning had my 2nd baseman not inexplicably held onto the ball and not thrown to 1st as was inputted. I then grind it back to tie up the game off the back of Mantle and Belli only to not be able to throw anything over but center cut pitches that he dinks and dunks to score a run in the 9th. I literally could do nothing to stop it.

After this game I started playing situations in games like moments... Trying to figure out what the game wants me to do. Essentially I'm playing my opponent, but also the games moment. But I truly feel like in this particular game I had no chance.

For me and many other below average players, hall of fame is almost completely unplayable because the pci is to small to make solid contact with anything. Whatever faults all star might have, its infinitely more fun than playing games where I strikeout or hit weak grounders every batter. With rookie and veteran both being way too easy I may be in the minority on this board, but I say thank god for all star!
