I get “good” or “perfect” swings results pretty consistently but the results are usually line drives hit directly to someone, or a pop up, of deep fly ball.

Wondering if anyone else has this issue or could it been something else? Maybe my TV? (55 inch Samsung)

I just believe I should be much better according to the PCI feedback but the results aren’t lining up.

I've given up! I'm either late or too early with minimal perfect contact. I just can't get the timing down. I'm either too old for this sh!t or I need a new pair of glasses.

This CONSISTENTLY happens to me. I play offline franchise mostly on HOF. Literally minutes ago, I was playing and I got 2 Good-Good contacts (one was a POWER swing) with CHRISTIAN YELICH (98 contact R & 98 power R) and they were both fly outs! And then, when I pitch I have to watch Jeff McNeil get Good-Okay contact but hit no-doubt home runs. The input simply doesn’t reward you on higher difficulties, and it’s beyond frustrating.

I'm sitting here struggling to achieve a score higher than 110,000 in the weekly challenges...I have to find some videos and watch these dudes that are coming out with 8,000,000 pts in 1 try.

What I noticed is the game rewards you a lot more for pulling pitches.

Sometimes better with an early hit down the line then Perfect perfect to center

The early hit is a homer, the perfect perfect is a line out.

They do it good tho not every perfect perfect should be a hit. Would still say 70/80% are extra base hits or homers

If your having issues change your camera view at the plate. I used offset zoom for a long time and finally switched to strike zone and have been hitting really good this year.

If your on a tv make sure you have it set to game mode. I have a Hisense h9g 55 inch 4k tv and if it’s not in game mode I can’t hit water if I fell out of a boat. In game mode I’m crushing the ball. I’ve also play on a viotek gft27db 1440p 144hz 27 inch to monitor that i use for my gaming pc and I crush the ball on that too.

I get perfect perfect ground outs often. When it’s airborne it’s either destroyed or it dies at the track. Cant say I have a ton of perf/perf line outs, they are mostly shots to the gap. Your better off being early then late. I’ve seen a ton of early/good and early/ok homeruns but only a handful of late homeruns.

Even on fastballs down the plate !! Or hangers from other pitches... I don’t hit well when they hit the corners up or down etc !! For online play.. Bad players throw the ball the in the middle of the plate .. It’s like batting practice.. It’s not hard to be in between.

I just ordered that Viotek GFT27DB last week. Should be here tomorrow. So have you noticed a drastic change with the monitor?
