Missions - Exchange Rivals

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong area.

Could someone please advise in the Team Affinity Programs --> ORIOLES (or any team) --> Missions --> Exchange "ORIOLES" Rivals ... do you loose any cards you exchange or do they stay in your inventory? If they stay in your inventory, are you able to use them again, or is it a one and done deal?

Exchange is gone; collect is not, although you can't sell or exchange collect.
