I Just got to the Chase Anderson moments and wow. I thought I’d knock off the all star ones first since they are usually more annoying, but even so, I wasn’t prepared for how embarrassing these moments are.

Apparently the Pittsburgh Pirates have the best plate discipline of all time, because the amount of stone cold takes on Chase’s good or perfect release pitches was staggering.

It took me two tries to get seven K’s, but boy, this really kind of sums up everything wrong with this game right now.

That one was pretty easy for me. Got it done first try and had 7 K's through 4 1/3 Innings.
Just paint corners and change speeds. I walked probably three but still got it done.

Chase Anderson we’re the easiest for me. Glasnow was pretty easy as well though. Corbin and Alex Wood, oh...I made myself forget about that torture

I had to get back to back strikeouts in the 9th just to complete it because they took just about everything and made contact a lot

Yeah, it’s definitely doable. I just find it a bit ridiculous the way moments get jacked like this.

I wonder if SDS actually plays this game.. like at all. Play some moments and a round of showdown and it’s blatantly obvious how jacked up sliders are. Common fielders making highlight play after highlight play. 3-2 counts over and over. CPU with the most impeccable plate discipline of all time.

Thought we’re going for realism here, not jacked up gameplay just to make the game more annoying. So we have to retry the moment a couple more times than we should.

I knocked them all out in 30 min or so today. No issues. Changeup is effective.

Yeah, I just completed the second all star one by the top of the third. That’s not the point. It’s just such a double standard.

On the one hand, common and bronze pitchers throw dots when controlled by the cpu, and yet the player using diamond cards can give up no doubt bombs on perfect releases and struggle to throw a strike when it is time for drama.

I should probably stop playing and eat something. I’m getting grumpy!

If you go into a pitching moment and in the 1st inning they are taking every pitch called a ball, foul off a lot and not swing and miss- RESTART. it will do that all game and be harder than legend difficult, keep restart until you get some chases or misses- it will be a fair attempt then.
