King Felix sinker
-
So I chose the Felix Hernandez flashback in the 4th inning program and that nuclear sinker is ridiculous. Sorry Cory but King Felix has your sinker destroyed. I’ll have this card prestiged by the end of the weekend.
-
Ahh OK, bye bye now.
-
Not even close, I'm riding with Kluber all day. But glad you like him (so far).
-
I get a sinking feeling every time King Felix gives up another home run when I use him.

I’m not sure what everyone sees in Kluber. Not saying he is a bad card just not as good as his rating would suggest. I light that dude all the time. What I saw from King Felix the first time I used him was that sinker was silly. 96 With running sink and depth. Klubers sinker has decent depth but doesn’t run nearly as much and tops out at like 93-94. The sinker Felix is featuring reminds me of that sinker that Kevin Brown had at the height of his career. Big velocity and silly movement.

On which difficulties have you been facing both?

The game is not challenging enough on any other difficulty level

I'm not sure you understood my question, if you've been facing both pitchers online in Ranked Seasons, what was the difficulty you were playing on? What is your rating, in which division do you play? Even if you are 900+ rated, you'd have to have played games on both All-Star and Hall of Fame difficulty to get there.

It’s just an opinion, if you guys don’t agree that’s cool, I’m just informing you folks on my experience

I don’t play enough online to get to 900, not to say I couldn’t do it as I’m sure that I am certainly good enough to but I just don’t play enough in RS to get to that level in part because of the trolls that play that mode. I despise gamers who abuse exploits like R2 spamming or bunt dance or random pausing just to waist time and even the FQ exploit not to mention those using dos shells to create intentional disconnects. It’s not with the stress it causes me when I play those people. But I did use him in a nine inning vs CPU on legend difficulty and he was simply magical.

Okay so you don't play on "Legendary" at all. Nor Hall of Fame. Probably just All-Star. The reason I ask is because it makes a huge difference. Difference between online and offline is night and day as well, legend offline is somewhat similar to All-Star online.
But again, glad you like him. I just wanted to know in what environment you tested both Kluber and Felix and now I know.

Ahh I play most of the events which are all star. Legendary offline is much more difficult than All star online. And have gotten to 830 this year online RS which is Hall of Fame difficulty and had no problems hitting Kluber there. So your wrong about the difficulty shift with respect to me. You may have that problem on your end but I do not have the same issues on my end. This year hitting is much easier than previous years. And I’m still of the opinion that 2017 was the best version of online play and hitting online was much much more difficult.

Like I said, I’m not here to debate the perceived difficulty differences between offline and online that you may think exist, I’m simply offering my opinion on the Felix Hernandez card from the 4th inning program.
-
Oh I don't think the differences exist, I know they exist. It is known they exist. That part is not a matter of opinion.

Everything you have said is 100% anecdotal. You have provided no empirical evidence of the difference. Like I said several times I have not had that experience. Believe what you want based on YOUR experience and I emphasize YOUR. That doesn’t mean anything to me based on MY experience. Have a good day bud.
-
This entire thread makes zero sense. You say you are going to have him prestiged by the weekend and then say you don't play online. Felix does very well against the CPU. In RS he gets lit up like a Christmas Tree. The CPU isn't thrown off by tunneling pitches, users are and that is where Kluber shines. Felix is a decent card online but not on the level of Kluber.

Everybody who has played both online and offline extensively know it plays very different on the same difficulties. To those people, including myself, it's not even up for debate but rather a well known and accepted fact. Maybe you lack the experience in the online part of the game to have fully grasped that experience yet, I don't know.
