Instead of Signature Team moments..

Last year we had signature team moments, leading to cards. I loved the idea because I love using theme teams in this game, but moments suck.
Instead of moments, make a new US conquest map and instead of playing the current MLB teams, play each teams “signature team” with flashbacks/legends. Get the cards as rewards for beating each division on the map and then a boss to complete the whole map.
At least this way it isn’t mindless moments. We can work on team affinities and use whatever team we want.

Great idea, I would actualy love to face a loaded up signiture team if the reward is good enough. I think it would be great for nostalgia.

Thats why I grind for innings with theme themes offline. Its great yesterday I have Baez and Sandberg back to back.

Yes i do the same (Brewers pitchers for me yesterday) and i also use the USA conquest map for TA innings and misions.

We need more content like this. I’m sure it’s been challenging for sds but they need to get more creative

I think we will see something similar to last year again, it was a grind, but I loved the SS games and rewards.

I still don’t understand why they don’t have some sort of playoff mode offline with the best players from each team. The release of Sig teams last year was way to late they should have it in stages just like Team affinity this year. From day one there should be a reason to play the CPU in a season format with playoffs and WS champion, then release SS teams later when we have all the cards we have now. Then release some final stage with 99 teams so people have something to do besides conquest.

And what I’ve learned from last year is get it done ASAP before more bosses come out and they get added to the signature teams only making the missions harder lol

Why not Both? I still think they should have the "Best possible team" option for Play vs CPU as well. It would make games more interesting
I didn’t enjoy the moments. Such a mindless grind. Would’ve made it much more enjoyable to be able to work on TAs in the process and a conquest map would be awesome with hidden rewards inside.

I like this idea. I'd rather use my team I worked for than play stupid moment style missions.

Kind of like The Bigs on the Wii where you could steal a player from each team to add to your own after defeating them.

Kind of like this. I do like the idea of playing signature teams again. I’m bored with playing the regular rosters on conquest, especially since they are generally out of whack. I’m not a big fan of online play this year. So looking for ways to use a DD team offline. I love the idea of the extra innings mode where you can play other DD teams, but you don’t affinity innings for it. That’s not worth it
