Why the Radio Silence SDS?
-
I'm guessing it started because of Covid and now everyone is going silent in solidarity with the protests.
-
The reason for “radio silence” is pretty transparent on their twitter feed. I respect what they are doing.
IMO it’s one of the great things about baseball. Its connection to the social issues of the time. Be it the labor movement, civil rights, or world wars. I’ve lost my love of the NFL with how they handled kneeling.

Just wait until the alien invasions coming up next. Then you'll really hear some radio silence.

how ironic talking about going silent because of protests. A bunch of screaming babies is the opposite of silent.
Such a student of history. Such empathy. Such intelligence. What a great American. Down with the 1st Amendment. Down, I say!
Edit: Why the negativity? I just went to your post history and every post on the first page was negative aside from you asking a question about showdown matchups.

I was actually at a protest the other day and it was peaceful, the cops were there interacting with the people. The only people that were aggressive were the people that were against the protest. If wanting equality makes someone a screaming baby to you then you sure have had a privileged life.

as well them needing to prepare for MLBTS21 on multiple platforms,
This.

Sorry - I didn’t mean silent RIGHT NOW...the reason for that is obvious and understandable. I meant all season: no program reveals, etc.
Yeah, the timing of this post wasn’t great.

I mean sure, I respect what they are doing too -- but maybe they could've let us know -- especially since this game is a live service.

They are just celebrating the success of their game
