Lol happens to me every time I decline a friendly. Makes you wonder if it’s scripted.

This seems to happen to me too. I almost always accept now because it seems like if I don’t I lose.

The simple explanation is that your opponent will be extra motivated and play the game as if his life depends on it, for proving you wrong for declining.

Gives me an extra motivation and i'm more focused to beat that guy who declinedI guess this makes sense. I've played The Show for as long as I can remember, but last year I didn't have money to spend on it. Picked it up in October during the free PSN game of the month and decided to hop into DD for the first time. Had no idea what I was doing and was going against god squads with my all gold team in low RS. Every time someone offered a friendly out of pity, I got mad and declined. I definitely didn't win all of them, but I definitely won more of them than I should have.

I call that friendly quit karma. Works almost everytime.

I honestly think there’s something scripted in the game. Whether me or my opponent refuses, it’s a guaranteed loss lol. I stopped refusing them.
