I’ve been stuck in Championship series purgatory for the last two weeks. I just can’t seem to get past 850. For some reason I always get matched up with players over 900. Any tips on getting over the hump? I use meter pitching and I know I should prob switch to analog but besides that... any pointers?

Not much advice other than the obvious; try to outslug your opponent. Other than that, try not to stress about making WS too much, that can add pressure the closer you get and that's usually not a good thing for most people. Good thing is that you still have a week left to make it, so I'm sure that if you'll keep going at it, you'll make it eventually. Good luck!

Don't worry about walking your opponent. If they don't chase a good 3-2 pitch you made out of the zone, it's better than risking throwing something down the heart of the plate and having them crush it.

Similarly, don't be afraid to take strikes. Wait for your pitch(es)

Patience is king. You got this.

Brother......I’ve made CS every month for the last TWO YEARS and never been able to crack WS. Whenever I get to 875 I get matched up with someone who has top 50 banner and a ridiculous record with a .800+ winning percentage. EVERY TIME. I beat WS players every day but whenever I get close I never ever get matched up with a normal player. It’s beyond frustrating & I totally feel your pain. Good luck, I have no answers for you.
