Whatever you do. DO NOT throw them, they just no matter what go down the middle low and it’s a instant 450 ft. shot. You’ll thank me later.

I only have found this true when I try to throw 3 Changeups in a row... actually now that i think about it, everytime i triple up on a pitch it goes down the middle... weird
-
That happens more times than it should no matter what type of pitch you throw, not just changeups, lol.
-
I feel like they hang even worse than curveballs, and that’s saying something.

I think we sometimes forget that a changeup might be a pitcher’s fourth or fifth pitch. I used to get mad last year when I’d hang a changeup with Paxton and give up a bomb.
Eventually, I realized I probably should not be throwing his worst pitch in the most important situations.

Last like 2 weeks for me no matter where they’re located they’ve been squared up for bombs. I agree idk what’s up with that lately

Change ups aren’t meant to be thrown in the strike zone. 0-2 and 1-2 counts in the dirt. Just like real baseball
