Says could not authenticate. Now I can't receive rewards

I just tried to load my march to october and I was about to play 1st game of world series and it said it couldn't authenticate so I couldnt get team affinity rewards. How can I get this fixed? I haven't crashed out of any games. I just won my last game a couple weeks ago and tonight it said that.

Ive had this happen multiple times now and they just stopped responding..... They dont give a [censored] about you getting the rewards for doing this

Yeah I had it happen with 1 of my runs. Thought a fix was supposed to be included with this patch but maybe i read it wrong, or it didnt actually fix it

I complained over a month ago. They said they would address it but never did. You should just start over.

This is why I do multiple runs with the same team in case this happens.

same, they said 5 weeks ago they are still looking into it, and here we are 7 weeks after the first report sent to them and its happened 2 more times and still no fix or response
