I would refuse to play for them. Personaly I would sim everything until the offseason and demand a trade. Poor guy I feel his pain.

They should really have options when you start RTTS.

An option to remove the possibility of the player getting traded (or at least give the player a No trade clause so that he has to agree)
An option to avoid the stupid position change BS.

I know that is not realism, but RTTS is the mode that should be about fun first and realism second. It is not fun to be traded to a team who you hate, or whose ballpark you hate playing at.

Does he have a save from before he got traded? If so load it up and turn trade slider all the way down. Always good to have two saves.
