Safe but called out glitch

The commentator said run comes across to score and the score changed to 1-0 but the umpire calls it out and the run is removed. New problem? Haven't seen this before

You think that's bad ? Arenado had the ball bounce off the inside of his glove went slightly up in the air he still made the catch yet the runner was safe. After inspecting the reply several times I don't see anything wrong ball never went close to the ground at any point.

I take that back was just gonna ul it batter grounded it lol. I was tired leave me alone.

Had this happen multiple times. So confusing too cause one scoreboard will count the run and the others in the ballpark or on the screen won’t. Both times it happened I still ended up winning so I didn’t trip that bad but I’ve seen it.

I like when I struck out and the catcher dropped the ball. He throws down to first base and the 1B is standing in the outfield and somehow I am out.
