Make sure you claim your packs. And you might need to quit the game to check your inventory.
Chase packs related to the Finest code redemption earlier in the week.

Chase Packs for redeeming a code were delivered yesterday a little after 12 PM PT.
If you redeemed a code, it will be in your inventory. If you redeemed a code and didn't get a pack, just submit a support ticket.
