Around like a month and a half ago, I decided to take a break around the middle of season one because I couldn't enjoy anything about the game. I returned to play this game a few days ago, I grinded the little content that SDS released for the start of season 2. After completing the content, I have never been so bored playing this game. I've been sitting in the Diamond Dynasty menus playing and experimenting with things, but I'm so out of it. Just hoping that the Retro All Star program is gonna be good

In my opinion, the best franchise from The Show 20-24 is this year's game. Even though the mode can be greatly improved, it has a slightly more in depth experience than the previous games mentioned. There is advanced scouting and drafting, a more realistic trade system, actual minor league rosters, and things like that. You'll notice other unique features as you move along through the franchise like creating custom injuries. You also have slightly more control over things. Hope that helps.

Personally, can't say much about it because I won't be able to play for a couple days. Just wanna know your thoughts, what's good about the program, what can be fixed/changed, are the cards useable, stuff like that. Thanks for your response in advance!

Update: Just looked at the cards, they look alright at best. Nice to have a program, but it's a little underwhelming. Will be picking up the Carlos Pena because I am a Rays fan.

Unfortunately, you might have to restart. You could write a ticket, but it seems SDS is drained and clogged from all the tickets coming in. I like watching franchise made by content creators, and some of them had their file corrupted, and they said they had to restart the franchise.

A third problem I have with this game is way too much blooping hits. Players in diamond dynasty are able to make way too much contact on very late, very early swing timings, which usually results in bloop hits. Last game I played, my opponent, out of the 11 hits he had, 5 or 6 of them were little bloopers. I've seen several videos by content creators where they or their opponent get a lot of hits that are bloopers. The developers need to have more misses on bad swing timings, but we'll see if they actually do something about it.

Definitely agree, I use basically all of the team affinity cards that I own on my squad, and these new 94's and 95's from today's drop don't actually look like their overall ratings. More like 92's and 93's.

Yeah, I noticed the issue, for the players on my diamond dynasty squad, they claimed Kodai Senga was from Belgium and Ha-Seong Kim was from Colombia

At this point it seems they are just churning out content with no exact direction if that makes sense. They are releasing free lower overall cards more frequently now to influence you to buy the higher overall cards to achieve their ultimate goal, make some ! Very obvious about what they're doing, just pointing it out tho.

Yeah, SDS has REALLY done a great job on releasing good content...

Completely agree with you. Haven't played a ranked, BR, or event game in around 2 months. Even though I took a month break around that point, I'm just not motivated or excited to go against real people. I'm pretty sure you can queue up faster on The Show 21 right now because of how many players are revisiting the game. Thank you for speaking absolute facts.
