How long do I have to wait until they send me an answer?

I’m having the same issue. One of my moments has the check mark but I didn’t get the points towards him. I’m on the PS4 but I’m still having that problem.

Like I just need to know why the last moment of Eric Davis won’t work. I have completed it at least 20 times and it still won’t say completed next to progress.

Does anyone know what I should do? I competed the Eric Davis moments. I go to the program rewards and I check the other missions to do but it says I have 35/50 but I completed all 6 moments which should of put me at 42/50. Let me know if you have an idea.
