Strongly agree. I need to hit a home run otherwise there’s no offense produced upon my at-bats. Lots of walks but mostly just pop-ups, strike-outs, and weakly hit fielded balls. It would be nice to round the bases once in a awhile instead of wasting my time watching teammates just strikeout.

Try using the Challenge of the Week as batting practice. It’ll start you out on Rookie, then after enough base hits, continuously ramp up the difficulty until you reach Legend. This way you can see and feel the difference in pitch speeds and locations throughout the difficulty settings.
Definitely good advice. How do you manipulate your stick? Does your thumb ride it or do you flick it? In this version, I’ve re-adjusted from the flick to having my thumb sitting atop the stick(riding the stick) and have found great success. It’s really important to follow the incoming pitch with your eyes and react much like you’re driving with your eyes on the road ahead as your hands and wheel naturally maneuver to the shape of the road. Plus, lots and LOTS of batting practice doesn’t hurt either. AND be patient. Take pitches.
Am I the only one?
