WTF is wrong with this game??????? I am by far not new to the show. But in my honest opinion, the show 20 is pretty bad!! I cant hit anything. If you threw a truck tire I would swing too early, or very late. Oh but when I finally make contact, BOOOM!!! pop up, or BOOM!!! Outfielder turns gravity off and puts on his superman cape and makes perfect spectacular plays every single time!!!! Oh, then playing online wether its DD or exhibition, the opponent can hit and out of the zone pitch 430ft, back, to back, to back but every single fastball pitched my way online it lags right before I swing and causes me to swing late. I have been a huge fan of the show, I have bought every game since the ps2 days and honestly, I regret buying this years. Rtts is even crappy. Without any direct competition, this game is going to end up like madden and continue to get worse...... Fix the GD game already.....

I will still play the hell out of this game. This is honestly my 1st time posting a complaint about the show. Yea its just a game I get it, but [censored], I let this game make me angry lol. No, I am not super good at this game, but even I know getting a perfect,perfect and the outfield running from right field to left to make an impossible play is wrong. Then playing online and a player who has a hitter thats not even bronze level cranking home runs with pitches out of the zone. Not barely out of the zone either..... on 3/27/20 I played a ranked season game in DD, I was pitching a no-no into the bottom of the 7th, i had 3 hits but scored no runs. The guy I was playing swung at everything, I threw a 4 seamer high at his shoulders inside, out of zone and he cranked a home run. Given my own batting struggles, I lost on that 1 hit 1 home run smh.

PCI is fine if you are trying to learn to play the game but once you're good enough then turn it off. Skepple15, are you still trying to learn the game or this is how you normally play? I bet when you play racing game you use T-Cam instead of Cockpit? Or how about when you play Poker you wear shades?. See these are all the sucker's way out, man up and play games properly

All joking aside, could be the dumbest question I have asked but here it goes...

I got a friend that I play in an exhibition game every now and then. He barely plays the show as is but, when I play him, I lose 75%of the time.... here is my issues though.....
I usually pick the white sox, (fav team) he picks the indians, I jump out to a 2-0 lead by 3rd inning. Things seem fine but right around the 6th inning, all of a sudden my guys cant catch, or Ill pitch the ball [censored] near in the dirt and he jacks a home run!?!? After about 3 errors and 6 runs scored, I can no longer get a hit. Good/goods or perfect/perfects while guessing is pitch in a great spot in the zone I produce pop ups, foul balls, or hit it right at his defender. Then, top of the 9th I either get 2 hits on 0 outs then cant keep it going or I will finally hit a home run but still lose.... in contrast I tried a different team (nats) and he stayed with indians. I beat the breaks off of him, caused 0 errors and held him to 1 run..... right after that game was over, I picked the sox again and got destroyed.... This game confuses the living hell out of me........ what is going on here?

Lol its all good bro!! I said what was needed. I mean c'mon, a 41 year old coming to these forums acting elite talking about real men...... I couldnt picture a 41 year old that acts as such...... oh well, on to the next. Hopefully they do tweak hitting some. Honestly, I dont want it to be super easy. A challenge aint so bad if the game has a more realistic outcome. Been a fan of the show since 08, this is my 1st time being on the forums because I just couldnt understand what was going on lol. I too have noticed that hitting is "off".. by no means am I an "elite" player. Maybe decent at best.... I have played the show since atleast 2009 and honestly I am saddened that I cant enjoy 2020 like years past. Now, I am not saying every hit should be a homerun, or shot into the gap, but cmon, perfect,perfect lining out 99% of the time for me, good contact = weak hit or pop up. If I am lucky, I can hit it to the outfield where the defense makes spectacular circus catches 100% of the time......
