So, youre totally ok with a player getting rewards they didnt earn as long as that player is you? Are you outraged by the cheating, or just outraged because you didnt benefit from it?

@datnickdogg351_PSN That's exactly how I did the Gausman one. My first attempt, I had a lineup full of power guys and came up a couple runs short. So I tried again with your approach and finished the showdown with like 20 outs left.

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL I play offline 90 percent of the time and I actually agree with every word of your comment. I genuinely don't care about getting better at the game, and I actually do have lots of fun mindlessly racking up stats against the cpu. I'm wierd I know lol.

And yes, i do have plenty of grinding methods. The game has come a long way since the days when offline had play vs cpu, one conquest map and that was pretty much it for the whole year.

I've always been terrible at hitting in this game so nothing really comes to mind there, but I still remember back in 2020 when I threw my first perfect game in ranked. That was pretty exciting lol

10 win BR runs - I'm not good enough at the game for that.
Get lucky with pack pulls - My best pulls are Skenes and Seager, so nothing incredibly special.

I'm currently sitting at 10 cards from completing the live series, five cards from Jram and 18/21 on cabrera collections.

The grind is definitely harder than it's been in the past but still very doable.

I don't know why people seem to be having so much trouble finishing innings this year. Inning 2 is the only one where I didn't reach the bosses, but I also took a break and played other games for a few weeks and even then I still only fell about 20k short. For this inning, I just hit 400k today.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I've been on the forum since 2018, and it's exactly like this every single year. The only thing that changes is the specific reasons for the outrage.

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL I don't understand why you're still here. If I hated this game as much as you then you'd never know about it because I would have already disappeared from the forum to focus on playing something different that I actually do enjoy. I could address your points in more detail, but it's really not worth the effort. I have better things to do with my time than debate people who can't make an argument without resorting to childish unprovoked personal insults. Consider yourself reported. Good day.

@ryguy034753_XBL Chapman is a great card. I'm having a lot of success with it.

And yeah I know it's a bit of a cheese move because of the weird delivery, but a high percentage of the teams I get matched up with seem to be completely flustered by Darren O'Day lol

I got it done on the second try. The first time I drafted mostly power hitters but the lack of speed in my lineup made things more difficult than I expected and I fell two runs short. Second time I drafted nothing but speedy contact hitters and easily took the lead with like 20 outs to spare. So if anyone is stuck, that's what worked for me.

Of all the complaints I've read on here, the only big one I can think of that's really valid is about stealing. Online and offline, I'm seriously finding it almost impossible to successfully throw baserunners out.

The complainers also have a point about the laggy menus, but I put that more into the minor annoyance category. And of course this game always seems to have server issues, but at least on my end things seem to have improved noticeably in the last couple weeks.

I'm also not a fan of flipping not really being a viable option anymore, but even that change is growing on me. Knowing I won't be able to just buy any card I want forces me to be a little more strategic and carefully consider which ones I want to target which is actually kind of fun.

I usually don't complete the LS collection until sometime around the all star break. Definitely more difficult than it's been in the past, but I've managed to adjust and I'm still pretty close to my typical pace.

I actually encounter very little cheating where I play on the lower levels of ranked. If you're a cheater then you'll most likely have far too many wins to ever get matched up with me. Being terrible at the game does have its perks lol

I tried using Pinpoint back when it first became an option, but I wasn't coordinated enough to use it effectively so I switched back to meter and I've been using that every year since.

The forum is ALWAYS full of complaints. I've been on here since 2018, and in that time literally every single version has been the worst thing in the history of gaming according to a majority of the comments. SDS isn't "listening" because they're smart enough to know that no matter how much you complain most of you will continue to buy the game anyway, and they know that even if they were able to fix every single one of your complaints you'll all be right back here in 2027 with a long list of new ones.

I still have about 10 cards left, but if i hadnt got sidetracked grinding the Miguel Cabrera collections then id be a lot closer. I usually dont finish until around the all star break anyway. Ive really just been doing all offline content then playing online if I have time, and selling all dupes.

Last month I pulled Skenes and Seager. Whole lot of nothin since then.

Stories like these make me kinda glad that I suck at the game, because I almost never have a negative experience on the lower levels of ranked. Most of the teams I match up with are as bad or worse at the game than me so we're just focused on having fun because we know we're never making world series anyway.

I think the game should just go back to how it used to be and not have a time limit on content.
