I got Beltre. Don't really have a good lineup spot for him but I was an idiot and didn't see that the card was no sell until it was too late lol. If I'd been thinking I would have grabbed Wagner. Oh well.

I had a brain fart and didn't notice the no sell part. Picked a card thad I don't have a good spot in my lineup for. Oh well, it'll help with the next big collection I guess. Ugh lol

Oh boo hoo. You poor baby. At least your team has a nice variety of high rated old and new players to grind for. My A's have one of the lowest card totals in the game, and all but a few of them are current players from this year's garbage team. Their highest rated legend hitter is a 90. Their highest rated legend pitcher is an 88.

People who think SDS is somehow responsible for the bots just aren't thinking rationally. So your argument is that they're trying to entice people into buying more stubs by intentionally making it more difficult to use them? Wouldn't that be more likely to have the opposite effect? I know I've avoided buying any stubs this year because I don't wanna deal with the hassle.

It's in SDS' best interest for the market to be functioning as efficiently as possible. The bots are still around either because they can't figure out how to stop them, or because they lack the resources to effectively address the issue.

I got Wade Boggs from the St Patricks Day pack. Not the best pull in the world, but 30k for doing absolutely nothing is totally cool with me.

Hall of Fame manager [censored] Williams for example always helped his team rise to the occasion when facing stiff competition, and shortstop [censored] Schofield played really hard as well.

@SpawnOfDitka_XBL By both of your definitions, I guess I'm a casual. Sometimes I'll play a ranked game or two if I'm bored and already caught up on offline content, but for the most part my only incentive for playing online is when the event or mulitplayer program has a card that I really want and it isn't cheap on the market.

I haven't really been working on it. I'm still about 100 runs and 150k pxp away, but my OF is loaded and I don't have a good roster spot for him so I'm not too worried about it. I'll get him eventually.

Remember about a month ago when people moaned and complained because a miniseasons objective was dropping egg hunt packs, so they removed those packs from the list of possible rewards? Some of those packs would have dropped Mookie and lowered his price, but I guess the community knew better. You reap what you sow, guys.

I really hope you're right. If we get free topps now, awards and signature cards then that will put me just one card away from Beltran.

I have every boss except the ones from inning 2, and the only reason I missed out on them is because I got distracted playing other games for about a month. Even then I fell just 50k short of finishing that program.

The really irritating thing about the bots is that it seems like they're designed not to help the person using them buy the cards they want, but just to prevent everyone else from being able to buy anything.

I can't afford some of the big names being thrown around in this post yet, but here's what I'm rolling with right now:

Infield: Adley, Vmart, Nunez, Tulo and Miggy
OF: Pujols, Trout and Jones
DH: Jordan Walker
BENCH: Ceddane Rafaela, Esmerlyn Valdez, Yordan and Vahn Lackey

SP: Felix, Ohtani, Skubal, Flora and McLean
Bullpen: Dibble, Riley O'Brien, Britton, Raisel Iglasies, O'Day, Latz, Mason Miller and Hoffman

I need four more cards for Beltran, and when I get him I'll probably send Trout to the bench. Other than that, I'm pretty much just waiting to see what cards drop in the next week or two.

I'm going with HR Derby Jordan Walker over Yordan at DH. Maxed power is just too much fun.

My interest is definitely waning, but it has nothing to do with the quality of the game. My interest always starts to wane around this time because I'm not one of you wierdos who wants to focus on just one game every week for an entire year. I don't know how you all do it.

It was honestly a little too easy to reach the end of the program before, and I'm a terrible online player. The new way will definitely take me longer, but still very doable within the time limit so not that big of a deal.

The first time I ever threw a perfect game in ranked back in 2020.

@rubicante23_PSN Yeah im happy with the game but I'll probably get burned out and move on in another month or two. I dont know how people can focus on just one game for a whole year.
