Same thing happened to me. I’ve submitted 3 tickets, one dating back to over 2 months ago. No help from their “support” site. I get the initial email that’s an automated response and then nothing. Just a bummer because we can’t get Jackie or 99 Mookie who is probably end game. It also makes it more difficult to get Ohtani and Rivera without being able to use Jackie as a voucher. Thanks sds
