Can someone give me a rundown of how CAP works this year?

I don't have him yet, but I had an opponent take two dingers away in a game with Griffey. I bet its a simple statistical anomaly and he'll play consistent in the future.

I am still tier 2 and 3 on a lot of team affinities and was thinking it would be better to use the points from team conquest in those tiers rather than wait until tier 4 bc of how easy the showdown is for tier 4. Does this strategy make sense at all?

Yeah I may actually get a few days ban for some of that if he reports it but not really conxerned. I swore twice which wasn’t smart

Dude said he’d quit if I gave him a belli and didi hr which happens quite frequently but then proceeded to text me #scammed and went on to win. Am I at fault here? So many ppl do this in this event and I’ve never been bitten helping them out once and of course it happened so late in a run. Are the big posters in right field of the old twins stadium in play. I put one off of them in a game and the game continued as if it was like the green monster. I always thought they were out of play. If anyone can decipher what I am talking about, was this a game glitch or is my knowledge of old MLB parks just wrong?

As a middle of the pack player, who isn’t good enough to win a showdown if I start before the first elimination challenge (I need both the extra runs and gold/diamond hitters), I feel there is no greater feeling in this game than winning a twelve step showdown. Particularly because I just put a Kopech 102 mph fastball into the seats to win on my last out. Lot of negativity in the dialogues recently, just wanted to see what other aspects of DD and the game as a whole people really enjoy or feel satisfied achieving.

If you can do the moments, I found them to be really easy, just feed them high cheese and low offspeed to get the k’s. Every challenge was done in one or two tries. Then just play and events game and get a save with live series cubs reliever.

While I’ll agree with the point there should be some chance I should’ve been picked off at some point, my original intention was to either draw a pitchout or slide step, it became obvious very early on when I was getting back every time I wasn’t stealing and that wasn’t going to change between pickoff 5 and 24. The advantage of me having a one step could only help on a slow groundball or first to third/home close play, both situations that while are not impossible are not particularly common and after awhile he shoulda just thrown a pitch.

Is there a way to report gameplay, that’s all I’m asking, idk whether you think I’m trolling or an idiot.

I got stubborn yes and wasn’t going to give in, but I’m doing a legitimate baseball move and he was spamming the pickoff. It may have turned into a bd contest but that not the point.

I had a lead off single with the Edwards, the rays prospect with ridiculously high speed and I kept taking a one step lead and each time I would my opponent would pick off, twenty four times before he threw a pitch and then seven more in a 1-0 count to be exact. Eventually I advanced him on a soft grounder and he didn’t pickoff at second but is there a way to report stupidity like that?
