First game after the update was a 15-0, no-hitter victory against the A's in Conquest on All-Star. Granted it's the A's and on All-Star, not HOF or Legend but this was an unprecedented blowout for me. Did they adjust the pitching?
Should have done a 9 inning game, probably would have gotten Same Some for Tomorrow trophy.
When your "glove" is in the center of the circle you press which button it says, usually X
By glove I mean the transparent glove with the "L" on it, you move it with the L stick.
You have to move the glove into the middle of the circle/bullseye

Change the settings of your PCI to Free and before each pitch you can lock it in by pushing L3 on Xbox (I think it's the same for PS... Push in the left stick to set your PCI) I agree that starting up in the zone and then coming down seems easier.
Also, focus on the bill of the hat of the pitcher. Most pitchers, unless they're a submariner will release it right at the bill of their hat. Start watching that and in no time you'll be able to identify trajectory and pitch types at the earliest possible moment. These tips completely amped my hitting game. Hope they do the same for you.
Can you explain this in detail? Is it dependant on having a 4K TV or monitor? I just upgraded to PS5 and honestly the bill of the hat of the pitcher is pretty much just a blur.(I'm still on a 1080p TV) What should I be looking for?

So I was playing a Conquest game on All-Star, 4-4 tied game on All-Star difficulty when I needed to pause to pick up my new eyeglasses from my optician.
Coming back I scored 6 runs during my at bat and shut down the CPU during their at bat for a 10-4 victory. Probably just a fluke but who knows.
I'm playing on standard PS4 with a 1080p TV, if I can maintain my momentum I may pull the trigger on the PS5 and a 4K TV. I'm interested in the Spider-Man bundle that dropped today.
What's the point? As far as I know there's no way to use them in your profile, either by making them "your" player in RTTS or using them in other modes.
Never saw a task like this before, does it mean holding a lead with your relief pitcher?
