I'm pretty sure the way the digital deluxe works is that both versions are simply available to download to your consoles via your PSN account. It's not like you're getting emailed two separate codes, one of which could be given away. The only way to get your friend the PS4 version would be to give them your log in information so that they can sign in with your account on their console, which you should never do. That could potentially lead to a ban.
Oh yeah they would be linked my bad
Great card and usable but just not as good as the other cards

Hello, wonder if anyone has an answer to this.. I purchased the digital deluxe where you get PS4 and PS5 game, I since secured a PS5 and wondering if I’d be able to give the PS4 digital copy to a friend or if it’s only able to be downloaded to the system or account it was purchased through? Thanks
I think you could because I’m pretty sure that you get the ps5 part through a code if I’m not mistaken.

Another thread complaining about the game not rewarding “good contact” Well that means you need to have more consistent “good contact”. Irl do you know what they call a hitter who gets occasional good contact? Normal!!! And those who get consistent good contact? Mike Trout, Juan Soto, Freddie Freeman, and Mookie Betts. In other words elite players. My guess is the OP is not an elite gamer. If you want to see better results become more disciplined at the plate and learn how to read pitches so you can make consistent good contact and you’ll see you’re results improve dramatically.
Ive made consistent good contact and lined out for an entire game and lost to an opponent that struck out 23 times. Just stop. The games bad. The beta if they keep it how it is will be a true test of real skill.
In fact I’ve lost to several opponents that the ONLY way they got a hit is because they were swinging at everything and the game forced a perfect meter directly down the middle. Mind you this is after 15 line outs to the defense on my end tracking the ball to all parts of the zone. High and tight, low and away. Working counts etc. mlb 20 is not a skill based game. It just isn’t.
And yet Ive managed to have like a 82-19 record with a team batting average north of .300 and a team ERA 3.50. Yep I must have zero skill and it’s all been rng luck. I ought to go buy a lottery ticket as I’m the luckiest person in the world. SMH at the stupidity of your post. Have a good day kid
So explain how this happens. 15 line outs to the defense on contact of literally maybe an 8th of an inch away from perfect with power swings. 2 perfect perfect outs. My opponent strikes out 19 times and wins on 3 late weak hits to a full energy pitcher? That’s not a one time occurrence this is an epidemic in this game. Please tell me it’s not true because I will start making videos. Search the internet. Watch YouTube. Game is not skill based period. A lot of these so called “top players” got MAN HANDLED in the beta.
Personally I beat 3 very known streamers and 2 of them it wasn’t even close and they have similar records to yours in 20.
Can I get some game logs to back up information
Like me beating scuffy

Sorry but if you think that from 18, 19 or 20 that you were good in this game. You were being rocked to sleep by SDS.
I meant to link me games on the website where you had like multiple perfects line outs. Btw your average is way up from 15-16-17 etc. your actually improving it looks like. I just think your expecting to much. I do think there needs to be changes to the game your just exaggerating way out of proportion.
my average should be way north of 300. And my wins should be like 85% dead [censored]. I’m not
Exaggerating whatsoever. That is me being totally honest. Even the game I win I don’t even count it’s All random. But if you were basing this game on stick skills. I think I’m a way more patient hitter with better pci placement that the vast majority. I’m by no means a top 50 player but I def consider myself skilled enough for like a top 100If they don’t ruin 21 I’ll prove that.
Btw it’s not only the random outs. It’s my opponent check swinging and foul tipping not working any counts and being able to get on base with bad contact ON TOP of my good contact being outs. There is some sort of “bad player help” that occurs in this game dude and I’m sure of it. When a player is flailing in the dirt why is it a mistake always happens over the heart of the plate? Why is it that the same player that flails gets balls ROCKED TO HIS DEFENSE FOR 5 straight innings and now has a Diamond pitcher at 27 pitches?? While he’s able to
Foul off multiple pitches an at bat with all sides of his bat to have my pitcher at 87 pitches but never really squaring the ball up until he gets a mistake?I’ve studied the mechanics in this game in great depth. It’s broken. Period. No. I don’t suck in the game play. No I’m not bad in the gameplay. I’m actually better then most people you will come across in the actual raw gameplay as I’ve been playing this game exclusively for about 13 years
Everyone deals with the same issues... so the issues don’t really effect the outcome of the game overall. You really are just a whiner. You expect World Series to be given to you.

What I will be first doing is heading to rtts bc you can use them in dd now. I like to play rtts anyway so imma have a beast. Created players always seem to be the best early on.

Only difference so far i would notice would be graphics. SDS wouldn't give next gen the advantage. It's all about getting paired with someone of your skill level (i.e rookie with rookie or veteran with veteran). If someone from SDS would like to reply to this they'll say the same thing. I've NEVER been paired with a legend skill level on veteran. I always get paired with veteran players.
I know XP level isn’t the biggest indicator. But I’m constantly getting paired up with guys who would be like 50 diamond when I’m 75 silver (back in may when those were common levels lol) and they would have a insanely all 95 + team and it seemed unmatched to me. But idk maybe that just happens to me lol
It matches you by your ranked league not your player level. there is some search measures that go into your team and how stacked it is...but it doesn’t take precedence over the search.
You can hold left stick left to slow down the difference in rating during the search.
Speed = good fielding in the outfield

I tried that in my next game, but in some cases bunt defense wasn't an option in shifts. I don't know why.
Also, has someone some tip how to throw someone out stealing?Ok [censored]. Regarding stealing, try speeding up the primary pitch of your pitcher by pressing L2 (I think) and X at the same time and immediately press the triangle button. Catchers with weak arms can throw out runners using this strategy. I have done this so many with Jimmy Foxx it’s hilarious.
Yeah use slide step like he said. Also make sure your using meter to throw in the field if you are not and to always go to bunt defense when a fast guy is up.
Will there be an option to turn off multi platform? I think most people on ps4 will turn that off if there is. I wouldn’t want to play ps4 players in case of lag from them either.

They’d rather give the reward to. The guy on a single with the back of his bat because he couldn’t read the off speed bro. Equity of outcome...
But that’s what happens irl it’s kinda just luck, but you guys keep exaggerating it good inputs are still rewarded more than bad. Either way it happens irl so do you just want games are 15-12 with 20 solo homers?
