Working on completing the 1st inning Conquest map and the entire mode seems to be much more aggressive than last year. I have now lost several simulated game in which my team cell has 12+ and I am attacking a cell which has only 2 or 3. This should be a simulated win every-time for the cell with a 10 point differential. Not sure about others, but I enjoyed the casual nature of Conquest in the past. It seems counter productive for a 3 inning, single player mode, to suck so much time do to bizarre RNG on the game board. Entire reinforcement turns get wiped out for one simulated game against a much smaller piece. Round after round of wiped out reinforcements. This ends up making the entire conquest mode needlessly long and frustrating.
My gripe here is nothing to do with the actual gameplay difficulty, as I do most of the played games within conquest on All Star difficulty. This is a complaint about the world map / game board. This should not be where most of the time is spent because of bad RNG!
This could just be me, but curious if others have ran into the same issue. It just isn't fun.
