Ps5 can’t load saved files from PS4

I am not able to access my RTTS progress in PS5 that I saved in PS4. I can only access it if I play the PS4 version of the game on PS5. How do I move the data over to RTTS on PS. Strangely enough my players progress is the same but where I was in my career is lost.
