I would love to see a series of cards, the what might have been collection.

They could be high diamond cards for players who came up and were great, then fell apart, like fan favorite guys.

The few guys who come to mind for me, because these are teams I follow, are:

Ike Davis (Mets)- came on really strong and had a 30 homer season. Then got valley fever and fell apart.

Rick Ankiel (Cards pitcher card)- came on as a great pitcher and then just lost the strike zone.

Who would be some other cards this series could have?

Again, ps4s are just garbage for network connection. You can change your DNS to google, don’t remember exactly what it is, but that usually helps a bit.

Why the hell is markakis my catcher in the all star one. It’s has cost me every try so far.

Orel dominates against me, all his pitches look the same, hard to distinguish. Lodolo is awesome, get him from reds.

In 16 The Show, you could see if you were facing a righty or lefty before the game started. You could change your lineup prior to the start of the game and fill your lineup with all righties of lefties. People complained heavily because most people would bail before the game started if they were facing a lefty starter. This is why it forever changed. That’s also an easy fix. All they have to do is make it to were if you quit once it shows the lineup screen it counts as a loss for you and win for your opponent. I would like the option of starting certain players against certain handedness instead of using them for a pinch hitting assignment. But some splits or too rough to do that (ex. Derek Dietrich). But it would be nice to know opponent was starting a righty and I could start Dietrich. And if I’m starting a righty and my opponent didn’t want to face them and quit. Well it’s a free win. There, I fixed the game SDS. Now just work on gameplay

Idiot: how about we make them hit a home run in one at-bat with Evan Longoria, who has 65 power against righties. We can have them go against Gerrit Cole in the 12th inning. Even though it shows he has 105 pitches we will give him full energy and confidence.

They must be making the moments worse and worse so we decide to do exchanges when offered. Spending/buying stubs. This moments were a neat idea with father and son, but some are just horrible. Looking at you Gwynn and Bichette

Agreed. In the Father’s Day one for Griffey Sr. The first moment is get a hit with Gwynn and Gwynn Jr. but you get one plate appearance and they are in different games. So you can’t just restart. You have to back out of game and then go in again. Very dumb. And of course Gwynn Jr. is awful

I’m in the minority. I use analog and have plenty of fun. I’m too old to be able to time the pitches and put the pci on the ball. But I still have an over .500 record in ranked and have beat all showdowns even before they got easier. So life is good.

Ah, that would be why.

But I only got one inning of credit. That should have been at least 3. 2 for catcher and 1 for pitcher in that scenario.
