Just my two cents- most baseball games come down to a home run or a badly thrown pitch..

This is click bait. Just like the stub sale that was going to happen during the holiday.
There is a stub sale today.

Have you changed them in the main menu?

Why do my base runners not advance on a hit. Even with 2 outs, they dive back into the base they are already on. It’s very annoying and has cost me runs and games. Seems like it’s only started happening the last week or so. Anyway to fix this?
Do you use the left analog stick method to run? I've found since I started doing this, it's helped tremendously. Basically you move the left stick in the direction of the base, and then you use the other buttons to direct your runners (X, Circle, Triangle, Square). I only use this way to run the bases now instead of L1/R1.

I wish they would compile this information , even if most people never look at it. Instead of random mentions in a stream that we have to ask each other about and ceate a record of. Just info dump this stuff in one spot we can refer to
The information is provided in some detail in the strategy guide (in game pause menu).

I’ve had this happen quite a few times over the past few days as well with fielders such as Biggio, Reggie, and Trout. It’s definitely an issue that should be patched and it always seems to crop up in very close games in late innings.
