I’ll play rock, paper, scissors by myself before I touch another Madden.

I think one pitcher and one position player would be nice.

How is there like 8 post per day with this same information? You all don’t check the recent topics before posting?

(Disclaimer) I’m an Xbox player so I didn’t start playing until The Show 20… but it seems like you can put the ball on the line/black whenever you want. There’s no painted strike zone whenever a pitcher is pitching in real life, so I would request removing the lines/black from online play while pitching and hitting. It’s seems ridiculous how often pitchers are able to put the ball right on the lines for a strike every rip. Let players figure out the edges of the strike zone on their own.

Dude madden is so bad with no user skill needed. My mom can literally get on madden and compete as long as she knows 2-3 glitch plays and a blitz set up. It’s putrid.

Wow this is news to me. No way I’m playing after my set 1 cards expire lol I thought my squad was set for a while and I wouldn’t have to grind if I didn’t want to. They’re really attempting to make this game a job at this point. This is why every sports game gets a bad wrap.

No, here's the problem with you casuals...you don't put the time in to practice. Why is it that I'm playing on Legend hitting and pitching at maxed out pitch speed but you're having trouble with the game and I'm not?. Its cause you suck!! you suck because you haven't put the time in...If you want to get good at something put the time in and get gut..don't get all pansy and wallmart Karen on the froum....get your S(^& together and practice casual.

Dude I know the feels. I started playing this passed Nov. and couldn’t read a pitch or hit to save my life. It was super frustrating, but I knew that it was going to take a while before I got decent. With practice in RS/ other online modes, grinding moments/showdown, and just taking into consideration the situation and count, I have become a pretty solid hitter and rarely swing at balls.

You aren’t going to hop on a new game and be great, while people have been playing for 10-20 years.

Taking a break from DD since online play is just both teams pitching a no hitter through 8-9 innings until a ball outside the PCI goes for a walk off in the 9th… to my surprise RTTS is extremely broken lol

• The program doesn’t track. I just found out about turning missions on (what’s the point of having the option to have it off lol) but people are saying it’s still not tracking (about to play my first game after turning it on, so I’ll find out shortly).

• It never shows your overall with your perks and equipment. Why?

• It randomly takes off my players equipment. I don’t even notice until I see he’s not wearing it in game.

• I swapped gold hitting perks with diamond hitting perks, and my overalls went from 70-64 LMAO

I was literally ecstatic that the show came to Xbox this year, but it seems just as broken as EA games and CyberPunk. Pretty bummed out.

I think The Show has very sub par gameplay, but madden is the worst sports game easily. Literally no user skill required. Just choose 1 of 3-5 glitch plays on offense and a broken 3- 4 man blitz on defense since madden 13.

Every pitch doting corners and the black is tiresome asf; along with being able to foul off balls placed in the other batters box.

The content is great and I want to play; but as soon as my fielder misses a tag, a player with 20 bunt lays down a bunt with the ball outside the zone, or someone hits a no PCI HR against me, I’m reminded why the gameplay makes the game not so fun.

I’m sure there’s a thread on this, but I can’t find it. Just played a guy that utilized this glitch. Basically pitched with a starter for 3 batters, walked all 3, then brought in Ohtani with a full bar of stamina in BR. I took a screenshot after 23 pitches, the stamina bar was unfazed. Idk how to post pictures though.

I’ve had this same issue. I’m guessing they want you to input more user control or something because last year was bad and this year is even worse. So many times I’ve had a man on 3rd stay unless I move him with a hit to the gap lmao

Madden 20 was my last one. It should have been 18, but they abilities/Xfactor intrigued me to give them free money one more time. Never again buying another madden no matter what. Every year becomes a new low.

Madden 22 currently sitting at 0.5/10 on Metacritic, 1.5/5 on GameStop, 27% on google user reviews, IGN gave it a 6 (which is a really bad score for them), and endless videos of glitches. My favs have been the ones where there are cars/houses on the field, winning a game in franchise but receiving a loss, and QBs racking up tackles and sacks in simulated games.

Releasing a severely unfinished game annually has to have some sort of repercussions eventually doesn’t it?

I started him mostly for that reason and can’t tell a difference.
