As of today July 19th, how many daily moment points should I have?

I completed all the missions, I got the points for the AL East but I did not get them for the NL East

I did the East Affinity 2 conquest and I didn’t get the team affinity points for the NL East Team Affinity season 2. Is there a way to get the points without restarting the conquest?
