My game hasn't been working for weeks. Ive tried to uninstall and reinstall but that doesnt work. All i get is a network error everytime i try please someone help me

If i add someone to the collection am i still able to use them in my line up though?

Alright im mad. Why do the missions and moments in the april monthly reward thing only add up to 98? Like how am i supposed to get byron if i cant get 100 big flaw
