I agree that going to the opposite field feels better. I find inside pitches to be a bit of a mystery timing wise so far. Pitches that I typically smoke in 21 are being blown by me. When I speed up to try and pull that inside pitch, I'm yanking them foul if I'm making contact. This is probably due to some rust as I haven't played 21 lately but the timing window definitely feels tighter as well. Overall I feel timing windows are tighter and that's probably a good thing overall.

Adding onto this. Cumulatively I probably spent about 45 total minutes trying to get into a game. I think most of it is people quitting if they aren't Captain. But even when progressing passed the first menu to team select and beyond, I've gotten disconnected with "player left" or other alerts. Whether it's people quitting at that point or just getting disconnected I'm not sure.

There's also considerable de-sync when in game. The one game I could connect to, while watching my team hit, the pitches appeared SIGNIFICANTLY slower than what I was seeing while hitting. It's kind of jarring. There was also several instances where it looked like a fielder ran past the ball or missed it only for it to quickly sync back up and show that they caught the ball. Several issues with baserunning as well.

The game has felt smooth to me the last week or so for most of this event. I had a couple games here and there where speeds/timing windows felt wonky but I was still cruising and sitting at 25-2.

Then today, I couldn't see a fastball no matter who threw it. Orlando Hernandez looked like Edward Cabrera. I could sit with my PCI in the exact location and guess fastball and still couldn't swing fast enough. Facing the very same pitchers I was smashing on my way to 25 wins, all of a sudden every single one had Outlier even when throwing 90 MPH. I lost 4 games in like an hour because I couldn't see the ball, recognize pitches or ever catch up to anything. I'm not even going into the outcomes on my good contact because I can live with that. What I can't live with, is not knowing what game I'm loading into when I boot up. The game was unplayable this morning and after getting the last wins I needed for Giolito, I did my dailies and I'm not touching the game again today.

This Jekyll and Hyde routine with pitch speeds needs to disappear. If this game had dedicated servers and these issues didn't exist, I truly believe it would be one of the best games ever. As is, the game literally tells me if I should play it that day or not and I'm tired of fighting through that just because I want to play baseball.

I would be willing to pay a monthly fee to rent dedicated servers, too. I'll donate to a GoFundMe to get dedicated servers into this game. SDS can afford to do it on their own already from the revenue and I know this, but I would STILL give them extra money on top of the hundreds I've already plugged into it just to have dedicated servers in this game.

Have yet to hear back myself. Missing purchased cards as well as cards from the Affinity choice pack. Sent my original ticket the 24th with proof and still no response. I'm not sure they've acknowledged this issue publicly either. Pretty frustrating that after plugging hundreds into the game to finish collections I can't even do it.

Just won an event game and as I was going back to the main menu the servers stalled out again. Lost the 11th win of the run and 38th total win.

Seem to be back online now, though. Ten minutes or so down for me.

Same. Judge and Stanton orders completed but they don't appear in my collection. So I can't finish the Yankees/East/MLB even though I technically own the cards as my stubs were taken in the transaction.

Aside from them, there's literally a single card I need to buy to finish the MLB collections and I can't do it due to the missing cards.

I'm sure the missing cards that people have reported are tied to the servers in some way. My timestamp on the buy orders for the cards missing happened overnight. But only 2 of a dozen or so orders went through without the cards actually being in my binder.

The McCovey missing I didn't even notice until I went to grind offline stats with him and couldn't find him anywhere.

I'm sure they're working on it and there's been several people publicly state the issue. It IS a little frustrating hearing absolutely nothing on the subject, though.

I'm missing McCovey from the West as well as a few LS cards that I had buy orders completed for. I sent a ticket in days ago but no response.

Any update on lack of access to the private forum? I've logged out and back in multiple times with no success. I've deleted cookies and still no success. I've been taking notes with feedback I'd like to submit but still cannot access the forum to do so.

I've signed out and back in multiple times and still can't see or enter the private forums. I went to the tech test page and clicked "join the discussion" but get "access denied."

For reference, I changed my XBL gamertag between the time I signed up and was able to access the test. It's indeed the same account I signed up for the test with (I can play the test) but I cannot gain access to the forum.

I also don't see a forum to discuss the Tech Test. Successfully accessed the game and accepted the Terms and can play and use every part of the Test but no forum. I've gone to the site specified and see no forum or way to access it. At times, I get a yellow "error" at the top of the screen saying to sign up for the Test first. Not sure what that means as I can access the Test so clearly have been signed up.
