I am guessing the answer is no, but if the servers are offline do you not receive any of the rtts program rewards within rtts itself? Same with March To October counting towards affinities if some games are played offline?

I really wish you could use custom camera angles in online play. Is there a particular reason why you can't? Strike zone is almost perfect but wish I could angle it a little to help myself on misses down.
Anyone have any tips on a good view if you struggle exclusively with low pitching recognition for balls/strikes?
