I wonder if I should just unlink my Xbox account and see if that restores my PS content. I may just watch the threads for a bit longer before trying. I was so hopeful when seeing the latest update and seeing everything linked. Then another punch to the gut when loading the game
I cannot tell you in words how freaking mad I was before leaving the house. I have since calmed down a bit but I’m still upset. As a software guy myself I cannot understand how a developer with years of experience could mess something up this bad regardless of adding another platform to the game or not.
Well I unlinked both from my MLBTS account. My MLBTS account now shows ALL of my progress. Unfortunately I can’t try to reconnect my PlayStation account since PSN is down. At least it’s slow but steady progress. Hopefully you have a bit of luck.
For me everything is still gone and nothing that I had before is showing up on my MLBTS account. None of my accounts are linked together and it still shows my PSN and XBL accounts as linked without an MLBTS account attached. I put in yet another ticket but this time it’s for missing items and stubs. Not only am I missing 130,000 stubs but I’m almost missing about 900,000 stubs worth of cards so that’s just great. If they don’t respond by tomorrow I’m going through with the refund and I’ll be done. @Victor_SDS_PSN HELP ME
I take it you hit that button that said if you choose this account all progress will be reset option in red writing? I was too afraid to even touch that in fear of a wipe
Nope. I clicked the other option. If they don’t get back with me I’m getting my money back. Depending on how I feel when PSN comes back online I might just get the freaking refund anyway.
Dang that is truly unfortunate. My issue is now that I can freely link and unlink the accounts to find the flaw in their system, I spent $200 for 300k Stubs which was mistakenly purchased on the Xbox account through my ps5. I had no clue the website made my Xbox account primary. Until after I purchased the stubs and was wondering why I was 30k short and missing my all my ps5 content from the Jackie Robinson version of the game and my DD team was gone. Now I know why smh. They need to be able to actually merge it all together and make the MLBTS account act as the primary account and the psn and Xbox profiles just send their data there. I now have access to my psn content but have no cards I spent $200 on since they tied to the Xbox profile. So I have two separate progressions. One on each console. Can we just marry them together please @Victor_SDS_PSN
