    @JDHalfrack this is what I’ve seen. There was a time not long ago when if one of these situations popped up, they’d make sure they got it right, would address it directly, apologize, and do what they could to make it right with their customers.

    Now, they send these guys out to take the arrows and don’t address the issue.

    It’s basic customer service. If you receive money for a product that is faulty, you apologize to your customers, fix the problem, and make it right for them. SDS used to do that really well. Now, they barely mention it and there is no “We apologize for the issues…” That’s where you start in a situation like this.

    There was a time when something like this happened and SDS cared. They’d work quickly on a fix and compensate their customers impacted by their faulty product.

    The Switch lockout for a second year in a row with not even a “[censored] folks, our bad.” was a clear demonstration that this isn’t the company it once was. It probably is more profitable so Sonys shareholders are happier.

    But the soul of SDS isn’t there anymore. This happened before. But when it did, they did a lot more than just send @Victor_SDS_MLBTS out to the forums and @Manu__SDS_MLBTS to Reddit to absorb the arrows. They put Ramone and Tips on a stream, told us what was wrong, genuinely apologized, and made it right. That era is long gone.

    Did the update make it worse? I used to be able to at least occupy the spaces on a conquest map that didn’t need to be won in a game. Now I can’t even open the maps

    @Hey_zeus07 they’ve definitely been told no updates on this which is baffling. It’s terrible customer service.

    @x814xmafia the way to be good about this is to be over the top. They’ve done it once before. Get the average everyone’s through TA and hand out vouchers for everyone on Switch. Get the average everyone is through the program and hand out that much XP. Toss like a 50 bundle and some headliners to look like they care. In reality, it will be nothing or a small amount of stubs. Probably nothing.
