Mini seasons was the only thing worth grinding and they just removed the bonus XP and ballin packs you get for winning the championship, so now its not even worth doing that long grind now

Conquest is useless. Nobody is playing the whole Nation of Baseball map for 20 packs and nothing else.

Showdown is a dead mode

Nobody is playing 9 inning CPU games over and over

This game will be dead in a month. It's crazy how little content is in the game right now yet they made the XP grind as bad as ever, expecting you to log in and play every single day if you want to get the good rewards at the end (that will expire in 2 weeks anyways). They added nothing new to the game and expect people to play more than ever. This company is delusional

Who the hell at SDS thought gatekeeping cards this way was a good idea? Because they need to be fired.

I'm not playing. [censored] doing this grind all over again for cards you barely get to use.

The offline grind is already long enough and now its even worse since the broken buggy trash pitching throws balls 75% of the time and when they do throw strikes its usually on the edges of the strike zone. Who the hell wants to stand around and get walked or HBP half the time? If you wanna hit the ball you gotta swing at junk outside the zone. How do they even release the game in this state when half the game straight up doesn't work?

It's just worthless filler content to put in the XP reward paths. Most of the XP path is garbage now.

The "content" is expensive packs you can't earn in game. That's what this game is now sadly. They only care about the braindead pay pigs that are dumb enough to spend real money on this game, everyone else can screw off

Like others have said, they've taken away every way to generate stubs in this game without paying. Most the player base is going to see through this BS and simply stop playing. The only reason most played Diamond Dynasty was because it was the only non pay2win team building sports game. Now it's a pay2win trash copy pasted game with no content, most the user base is probably done with the game already. I was excited for the content drop yesterday to see if they could right the ship this year and they did the complete opposite, locking the best cards behind yet another 30k pack. I logged off and honestly have no motivation to play this game anymore. It's also funny they made the Ohtani and Trout cards have 60+ vision so you can't use them with the Buxton boost. But they made sure the 92 Cruz card in the pack had under 60. Scum company

As an online h2h competitive gamer, I hate offline grinding. But In order to do collections and to get the most competitive cards, I shut my mouth and suffer through these time wasting offline grinds.

My suggestion to u is why not take your talents to online and grind the BR program, Events, and ranked?

Bro I do play both. There's days where I just don't feel like sweating and dealing with the online BS and just want to mindlessly grind offline. Right now, there's no offline content that feels worthwhile to grind. It's basically play online or not at all.

Stop with this [censored]. DD is the most non-pay2win sports game available. If you want to say pay2play then I can accept that since most of the best cards are locked behind pay walls but pay2win? No chance.

Plenty of people with an all gold team will dominate others with the highest rated cards. If you can see ball, hit ball, then you will win games. Why do you think BR is such a popular mode for so many players?

Seems like they just want to put the majority of XP in program reward paths. So once you're done with the programs, there's basically nothing to do offline that feels like it's worth your time.

And the main XP path is complete garbage. Too long, too many garbage rewards. Nobody wants to grind 2-3 days for some stupid unsellable stadium sound. Or how about a 89 Trevor Story at 535k XP that will be outdated by the time you get it. And then your big rewards at the end all expire within 2 weeks of you getting them.

Just completely stupid design decisions by devs that seem hellbent on driving away as many players as they can

It's genuinely amazing how far this company fell off in only 2 years

The entire community hated sets last year so what does SDS do? Double down and make the sets/season system even worse this year. We're at the point of the year where baseball and the game should be ramping up as the NBA and NHL seasons end, instead this game feels dead in May. We're releasing cards that expire in literally 2 weeks. How anyone thought this was a good idea is mind boggling. Truly a beyond clueless dev team. Let's not even get into the other inexcusable things like the nonsensical XP path rewards, daily XP cap and locking half the cards behind packs and barely releasing any actual programs. This franchise is so cooked unless they fire most this content team and start over.
