For RTTS I think that there should be an option to request trades when you please. There were options in The Show 16. Maybe add that option in 20.

For RTTS, whenever you are choosing your secondary positions, you can only choose a certain hand full of secondaries. Players should have the option to pick each secondary position they choose because some people would like to play anywhere on the diamond.

For every player’s player card, there should be a certain picture of that player. They should have there best moment of the 2019 season on their card. For instance, Bryce Harper’s walk off grand slam against the Cubs. Have his picture of that moment on the card. I think MLB The Show players would enjoy seeing these little details.

Everyone wants to see a different RTTS. We would like to see the option to speak to your agent whenever you want and ask for trades, change positions, and much more. I am a utility player in real life and I want to be one in the show so there should be an option to do that. We could also use a new base story. It’s the same since 2017. You do the scout day, showcase games, drafted, double a ball and your journey there. It feels kind of bland after a while.

I would like to touch base on ejections. So basically you can only get ejected as a pitcher, if throwing behind them or hitting them too much. There should be an option when you are hitting if you can argue with the ump about a pitch call. Then you would have the option to stop arguing or continue arguing. If you keep arguing the ump would eject you. This would help The Show feel more realistic!

I have been thinking about this for a while. Why hasn’t MLB made RTTS online yet. For example, look at NBA 2k MyCareer. In that, you have a park where you are able to play online with friends and randoms, and verse people in blacktop basketball. They should do something like that in MLB by adding Backyard Baseball. It would be you and 3 or 4 other people go into a mini game and play against another team. This would be amazing if MLB added this. Madden 21 just released its new “Yard” feature, and 2k has Park. So when will MLB add one?

Another thing I would like to see is where your contract you receive is worth something. What is the point of getting a 20 million dollar contract, when you can’t even use it. I really think that they should make your contract become Stubs, such as 2k has VC as its MyCareer currency as well as MyTeam. So say you can sign a contract where every game you play you get like 50 stubs. And if you are really good. You might get 100. Or weekly contracts or something. The stubs would allow you to buy equipment and clothes for your online RTTS if they ever add one.

These are just some things I would like to see in MLB The Show 21.

For the newer updates MLB The Show 20 brings I would like to see new flashback cards, suck as a Chase Utley 2009 WS card for his 5 homeruns, Luis Gonzalez and his amazing 2001 year, David Freese for his 2011 postseason, and a lot more to give the game some amazing legends of this game to play as.

OMG I have played MLB The Show for years now and I usually start a couple RTTS’ and EVERY single time I get drafted by the marlins! I played a series for my YouTube hoping to get a cool new team. But no. Miami drafted me again. And then today I wanted to make a new one. But the marlins drafted me AGAIN as the #3 pick even though I went 1 for 10 in the show case games. Like I’m tired of playing for their minor league teams is so annoying.
