Offense Can’t Score When Your Start
  • Spinningmantis_XBLS Spinningmantis_XBL

Yes lol. As my team's #5 starter as a rookie, I often found my team getting only 1 or 2 hits consistently vs pitchers with 6.50+ ERA's. It was probably around 50% of the time, not 100%. I would not have thought twice about it if the opposing pitcher's stats hadn't been so terrible or if it only happened a few times. My assumption is that there is some hidden game logic so RTTS players don't dominate as hard. I also noticed in about 5 of my starts in a season that the other team would lay down a perfect bunt for a base hit with the first batter of the game. Those games I ended up with a 1 hitter. I think I threw 9 one hitters in my first full season.

    double checked-

    Team Record: 62-34 (= 96) x 3.1 = 297.6
    My Player: 335 Plate Appearances
League BA Leader: (same # of games) 322 PA

    Also of note:
In League > Statistics > Player Statistics > Season - Position Players (shows stats of team's entire roster)
    and
In League > Statistics > Player Statistics > Season - Second Basemen
No hitting stats at all are shown at all for my 2 Way player- it seems like two way players tagged with SP are not recognized as a position player also

    My info:
    Xbox One
    RTTS mode
    SP/2B two way player

It's especially annoying that the announcers keep saying- "He's leading the league in 2 of the categories for Triple Crown but isn't even in the top 10 for Batting Average". I am leading the league in batting average by 100+ points lol.

I'm playing as a 2 way SP/2B and leading the league in BA but I am NOT showing up as a leader in any of the % hitting categories (BA, SLG, OBS, OPS). I am showing up as a leader for totals type hitting stats (HR, RBI, 2B, etc.). I DEFINITELY have enough at bats. I have over 300 at bats around the all-star break and have 50+ more at bats than several of the players listed in the top 10 for BA. Seems like a bug.
