We haven't actually done anything to resolve the issue because the only person that knows how to fix the issue is out of the office until next Monday. So find something else to do.

I think there are more than you think, we are just all spread out complaining in different areas. Reddit has a few threads, we have a couple within this forum, and the Twitter posts seem to have the most pointing out the issue on the Switch. Additionally, consider that the Switch is geared more towards ages that don't necessarily have social media than the other consoles. I have an 11 year old son that also plays and if not for me also playing he'd have no way of voicing his complaint.
